Hello, I'm Matt C.

Matt is the Founder and CEO of CVIA, which encompasses The CV & Interview Advisors, CVIA Careers, DCS Executive and The Career Enhancement Network. He is considered a thought leader in Career Development and Personal Branding and is regularly engaged as a public speaker to deliver advice and guidance to global audiences on all things related to CV/resume authoring, career advancement, LinkedIn, personal branding and thought leadership. Matt started his career in sales and operations roles in the vehicle hire sector, moving into recruitment in 1999 and doing everything from interim recruitment to senior-level headhunting. Matt subsequently headed up several teams before working onsite at UBS Investment Bank. In 2006, Matt took the plunge and set up CVIA which he has grown into a market-leading business with a global client base and partnerships with some of the world's largest associations and institutes. The company has helped over one million people and last year CVIA worked with paying clients in 70 countries around the world. As well as running multiple businesses, Matt spends his time researching and developing CVIA’s intellectual property so that CVIA’s services remain market-leading. Matt is also a keen martial artist, fitness enthusiast and amateur cook.
